Refund Policies

At Complete Computer Education, we strive to provide the highest quality IT training and globally valid certifications. We understand that circumstances may arise where students need to request a refund. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted.


1. General Refund Policy

  • Course fees are non-refundable once the enrollment process is completed.
  • Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, as outlined below.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at [Your Email].

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

Course Cancellation by Complete Computer Education:

  • If a course is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, students will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in an alternative course.

Duplicate Payment:

  • If a student is mistakenly charged twice for the same course, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Technical Issues (For Online Courses):

  • If a student faces unresolved technical difficulties preventing them from accessing the course, and we are unable to fix the issue within 7 business days, a refund may be issued.

Medical Emergencies:

  • If a student is unable to continue due to a serious medical condition (supported by valid medical documentation), a partial refund or course rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of management.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

Change of Mind:

  • If a student decides not to continue after enrolling, no refund will be issued.

Failure to Attend Classes:

  • If a student misses classes or does not complete the course for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.

Course Completion & Certification Issuance:

  • If a student has accessed course materials or completed the course, no refund will be issued.

Violation of Code of Conduct:

  • If a student is removed from the course due to misconduct, plagiarism, or breach of policies, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during enrollment.
  • A processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Course Rescheduling & Credit Transfer

  • Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course, subject to availability.
  • In case of exceptional circumstances, a course credit may be issued, which can be used within 6 months for another course.
