1. General Refund Policy
- Course fees are non-refundable once the enrollment process is completed.
- Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, as outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
✅ Course Cancellation by Complete Computer Education:
- If a course is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, students will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in an alternative course.
✅ Duplicate Payment:
- If a student is mistakenly charged twice for the same course, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
✅ Technical Issues (For Online Courses):
- If a student faces unresolved technical difficulties preventing them from accessing the course, and we are unable to fix the issue within 7 business days, a refund may be issued.
✅ Medical Emergencies:
- If a student is unable to continue due to a serious medical condition (supported by valid medical documentation), a partial refund or course rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of management.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
❌ Change of Mind:
- If a student decides not to continue after enrolling, no refund will be issued.
❌ Failure to Attend Classes:
- If a student misses classes or does not complete the course for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
❌ Course Completion & Certification Issuance:
- If a student has accessed course materials or completed the course, no refund will be issued.
❌ Violation of Code of Conduct:
- If a student is removed from the course due to misconduct, plagiarism, or breach of policies, no refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during enrollment.
- A processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Course Rescheduling & Credit Transfer
- Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course, subject to availability.
- In case of exceptional circumstances, a course credit may be issued, which can be used within 6 months for another course.
