At Complete Computer Education (CCE), all course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Students are advised to carefully review course details, duration, and eligibility before taking admission.

In special cases such as duplicate payment or technical transaction errors, refund requests may be considered after verification by the institute management. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time period.
